NO JUSTICE FOR TROY DAVIS!

An innocent man named Troy Davis was murdered last night (9/21/11) at the hands of state paid assassins! There was a great deal of reasonable doubt surrounding his guilt but the courts didn't care! Witnesses recanted their previous testimony which was used to convict Troy but the new claims were all conveniently disregarded! Troy was convicted in 1991 of killing Mark MacPhail in 1989. Despite Troy's repeated claims of innocence, his unjust death sentence was carried out with absolutely NO REGARD for the truth! I suspect the reason an innocent man was forced to pay for this crime is all because an undercover PIG was shot and killed rather than a civilian! Georgia officials probably wouldn't have been so blood thirsty and eager to pin the killing on Troy had it been the other way around but unfortunately since PIGS are held in such high regard over anyone else, someone just HAD to go down for the crime no matter what! Troy Davis was a convenient scapegoat for those IDIOTS to lay the whole damn blame on period! To add insult to injury, there are claims from others that implicate a man who was with Troy that night as being the REAL killer! This man allegedly admitted his guilt but unfortunately, HIS crime is already paid in full by Troy Davis! So, the BASTARD can rest easy knowing that an INNOCENT man went down instead of HIM and the case is considered closed now! I can understand Mark MacPhail's family wanting justice since they lost a loved 1 from this incident but they seriously need to consider how Troy's family feels at this time having to deal with the loss of someone THEY dearly loved and who was NOT responsible for the killing! All Mark MacPhail's stupid widow could say is "she wanted it to be over" regardless of the fact an INNOCENT MAN was going to pay for a crime SOMEONE ELSE committed! Well, I hope they're all proud of themselves! They may have wanted justice but that's NOT what they truly got! An INNOCENT MAN'S blood will FOREVER be on their hands and I'm confident God will judge ALL those who were responsible for Troy's wrongful death accordingly! I personally hope they BURN for this! It's my greatest pleasure to alert everyone that Ed Saunders has finally been stopped from abusing the eBay feedback system and targeting innocent buyers:) The gavel has come down and justice has been served as a result of the new rules imposed by eBay recently that no longer permit vermin like Ol' Ed from leaving retaliatory feedback anymore for buyers who don't deserve it. So, I guess this leaves the prick out in the cold right where he belongs hehehe:) He NEVER gave a damn about ANYONE but himself and he obviously thought he could continue lashing out at innocent people. That is until eBay finally stepped in and did the right thing for once. The jerk even went so far as to change his user name from "edsaunders" to "eastmangeorgia" in a feeble attempt to fool others into thinking he was someone else. Little did the dummy know that simply changing user names wouldn't make any difference at all because if anyone had done a search on his previous user name, they would see that "eastmangeorgia" was indeed the same vendictive individual. When someone changes their user name, the old name is shown along with the new name they switched to in the search results. So, Ed basically screwed himself up real good and made his idiocy more obvious in the process. The last negative feedback comments he received I'm sure had something to do with his downfall also. What a beautiful sight this is thanks to the new rules eBay has imposed and enforced:) It's about time they did something to stop this abuse from going on! Even though something has been done about Ed Saunders and others like him, I still plan on keeping this blog up for archival purposes just in case the fool decides to hide under another identity at eBay or elsewhere. The people need to be informed no matter what and I feel it's my duty to provide whatever information is necessary to insure nobody else gets screwed by this sodomite in the future. While I'm glad Ed Saunders is history for now, I will remain vigilant and alert just in case his worthless ass should turn up somewhere else.

Gee, Ed's comment sure does sound familiar. See other previous examples. Even though Ed and his victim mutually decided to withdraw the negative feedback ratings for each other, I felt it was important to include this here due to the nature of the comments issued. Notice how Ed never denied the statement that he filed for bankruptcy? All I can say is, it's no wonder he has gone bankrupt. I hope he loses everything he has and then some! When he wrongly attacked Kathleen whom I mentioned in the beginning of my posts about him, he really messed-up because now, I refuse to rest until he is punished for screwing with innocent eBayers like he has been doing long before he made Kathleen his victim. Do you see what I mean now? Ed has basically chosen to attack those who's only crime is to protest his shady business practices. Even though there are quite a few who have fortunately been graced with the privilage of getting good service from Ed and who were able to exchange positive feedback as well, that still doesn't change what he did to others who felt it was their right to leave negative or neutral feedback for Ed after they had a bad experience with him. This proves once and for all that everything I have stated here is the concrete truth. Many thanks to "kcoyne15" for making Ed's abusive behavior more obvious. It takes a lot of courage for anyone to stand up to a monster like Ed and I give 2 thumbs up to everyone who did what they felt was right regardless of what the outcome turned out to be. The bottom line here is Ed has proven himself to be a selfish, vendictive, mean-spirited, bastard who has no regard for the rights of others nor does he care about how unfairly he conducts himself with those who don't give him the feedback he desires. All he knows how to do is call others names and repeat himself like a damn robot which is truly sad because nobody should have to be exposed to that nonsense. It's truly a low-down, crying, shame that there are so many who have been subjected to Ed's juvenile bullshit simply because he's incapable of acting like the grown man he's supposed to be. I'm sure there will be more victims in the future and of course they will be revealed here in the name of justice. It is my greatest intent that this blog will give all of Ed's victims a voice because they deserve it after all they have gone through with that weak little peasant. Hopefully, a time will come when he is stopped from behaving in this manner by blemishing the reputation of others but until then, the truth is here for the world to see. I wish all of Ed's victims the very best in future dealings on eBay. There are many good and decent sellers who won't screw with innocent buyers for kicks like Ed Saunders has. Update! It seems like ol' Ed is remaining firm on his pompous ass. He refuses to remove the negative feedback he left for Kathleen for reasons that have become abundantly clear now. What it all boils down to is an ignorant, blind, foolish man picking on an innocent, decent woman who only did was she felt was right. Ed expected Kathleen to leave him positive feedback in spite of the fact that she was not 100% satisfied. Yes, she got a refund but only after she went through so much. What's a woman to do when a man bullies her like this? The way I see it, Ed Saunders is nothing but a bully and a coward because he refuses to be a REAL man about this. He could try showing some common decency towards Kathleen but instead he would rather be a heartless prick. Bullies are the biggest cowards of all because they have to pick on someone they feel is smaller than they are to feel important. Ed is no different in my book. If he could only show some compassion for a woman who has been through so much in her life. She lost her son when he was murdered at age 15 and she lost her childhood due to the abuse she suffered at the hands of her uncle while her mother sat on her fat ass twiddling her thumbs. Kathleen fortunately is an abuse survivor but she still lives with the bad memories as a result of her terribly painful past. She just takes it 1 day at a time. When Kathleen first discovered eBay, she found something that she could truly enjoy. She began buying all sorts of great stuff and feeling pretty good about all the positive feedback she was getting. She tried very hard to keep her feedback rating flawless because it gave her a feeling of pride to do so. She truly believed that as a result of her superb feedback, she would gain other people's trust and it did seem to go that way for a while. Then, ol' Ed comes into the picture and wrecks it all to hell with 1 single negative, unjust comment. Why he feels it makes him a big man to pick on a woman who was only being honest about her experience in dealing with him is beyond me. It's become apparent that he has no heart. Perhaps his mother is the Ma Barker type who just doesn't give a damn. If she's still alive that is. I mean, he had to learn how to be a cold-hearted snake from somewhere. It's quite possible his parents are/were a combination of Ma Barker and Ted Bundy. Just my theory. Of course, a child's actions can't always be blamed on the parents but these are just some thoughts to ponder. How did Ed turn out like this? Lord only knows. All I can say is the way he has handled this entire situation with Kathleen is mighty shameful and I will continue to help her get justice so long as Ed remains a stubborn jackass.

You see, she purchased a needle for a portable "Califone" brand record player which she had purchased from another dealer on eBay but ended up getting the incorrect needle in the mail from Ed. When she complained about it, she didn't get the satisfactory service that ol' Ed claims to give in his auction listings. Instead, she got various automated responses and only a few personal responses from the old fart himself. I refer to him as "Old Fart" because he in my opinion truly stinks. Anyway, while browsing through his feedback profile, I discovered that he had screwed over others in the past as well and dished out some very childish, derogatory remarks to them. All Kathleen did was leave neutral feedback as a result of the original purchase not going through the way she intended and in retaliation, Ed left some stupid, untrue remarks in her feedback profile deliberately blemishing it all because he didn't get the feedback he wanted. Look at what he did to the others whom unfortunately did business with him. He called some of them "idiots" and other such infantile names yet he's supposed to be a business man. Not very mature if you ask me! He conducts his business like a monkey with no human intelligence and then acts like it's the buyer's fault. Very, very sad:( It's sellers like him that make it look bad for all the legitimate sellers on eBay and it shouldn't be allowed to continue. Kathleen informed me that she attempted to dispute the issue with eBay and they claimed they couldn't remove the offensive feedback. I personally think that's a crock but this is what they told her anyway. So, it's up to me and this blog to expose the truth about Ed in the hopes that he can no longer get away with his shady dealings. The thing I find most incredible is the amount of positive feedback Ed has in his profile. I wonder how all those people got lucky? Unless of course they are friends of his or perhaps aliases that ol' Ed has conjured up in his wasted mind. This of course is just a theory I felt should be expressed. Nobody knows except for the creature himself and his cronies just how reliable all his positive feedback is. In any case, there is concrete proof that Kathleen purchased the correct item but simply didn't get it. There's a photo that shows what she got from rip-off Ed and it's definitely NOT the needle that was advertised in the auction listing. All I can say is buyer beware when it comes to dealing with this pathetic excuse for a business man. Kathleen had to make her feedback profile private for now because of all this crap from Ed so this blog entry will remain until that negative feedback against her is successfully removed. In the event this blog is taken down for whatever reason due to anyone trying to stifle my freedom of speech, there will be a new 1 to replace it so the truth will NOT be silenced about Ed for too long. My wish for him is that he fall down in a pit and never be heard from again in this life. Unfortunately, I don't have the power of God to make it happen. If I did, at least the world would be rid of 1 rotten apple. In closing, I would like to note that Kathleen is a great eBayer in spite of Ed's vindictive comments about her and she deserves to get justice. Since this is the first post to my "Justice-Podium" I want to tell the Internet world about the nasty, mean-spirited Trolls who post frequently on the "eBay Bidding Board" which is basically nothing more than a den of wild animals. These losers take pleasure in attacking those who disagree with them like a pack of savage wolves. I know because I was 1 of their victims. Here is a list of those you need to watch out for if you should ever have the misfortune of bumping into them on the Bidding Board at eBay:

Englandboy - Leader of the pack. A self serving, unintelligent, uncompassionate, worthless little brit Troll who thinks he can control anyone who stands up to him. He is the worst piece of pathetic, rotten gargage that ever infested the Bidding Board and in my opinion is well deserving of being shut down permanently. Unfortunately, he continues to linger on the board spreading pain and disease to innocent victims along the way. He is not even fit to be classified as a human being as far as I'm concerned. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

Ol Grandad- A puppet and not worthy of being classified as a human. He tries to play the nice guy but in reality is just as pathetic as leader "Englandboy" and should NOT be trusted under ANY circumstance. (Has posted to the boards under the alias "ol_grandad" in 2002. May not be the same.)

grunt_bunny - A nasty witch who doesn't know the true meaning of intelligence. She's just as pathetic as her Bidding Board associates and can NOT be trusted! She will stalk and harass anyone who dares to defend themselves against her. I speak from personal experience. Her e-mail account got shut down once after I reported her but she still continues to linger around spreading her disease. Watch out for this Troll!

padme_amidala- Another unfortunate soul who doesn't know how to act proper. A puppet and shameful idiot who is incapable of thinking for herself. Not much to worry about here since she only acts out when the strings are pulled. She's a live Marionette. (Just like in the ABBA song: "I'm a Marionette, I'm a Marionette pull my strings" LOL!)

attorney_barnabus_collins - For the record folks, this prize jerk is NOT a real attorney. At least not for real people anyway. The only clients he has are the little voices he hears in his head telling him that he's good enough to pass the bar exam LOL:) In reality, the only thing he can pass is gas since his brains are in his rear end and he's full of hot air. NOT TO BE TRUSTED WITH LEGAL AFFAIRS OR ANYTHING ELSE!

kernowlass - Another prize jerk who may be still active on the boards but possibly going under another name. In any case, watch out for any of these fools listed here because they have a habit of using posting IDs in a feeble attempt to conceal their true identity and to escape from any serious punishment for picking on innocent people.

It's NOT fair but it still goes on regardless of how wrong it really is. The staff at eBay claim that everyone is a valued member but based on what I have seen through the years, they only value the members THEY feel are worthy of respect. I have seen with my own eyes how they show favoritism towards certain members and issue unfair treatment to others. What I can't understand is how they can possibly fail to see the truth staring them right in the face. Can they truly not see past the vile actions of their favorite members? Perhaps they just don't want to see what's REALLY going on and perfer to single out certain individuals who happen to offend their precious favorite members. I can only hope for the sake of future eBay members that someday, eBay will change it's policies and issue the same treatment to ALL their members instead of pampering the ones THEY feel are special. If you have never been targeted by the Bidding Board Trolls or by the eBay staff who protect them, you should consider yourself lucky. Those of us who have been mistreated unfortunately can not say the same. However with this blog, I feel justice can finally be served and everyone who reads it will know the facts about eBay's unfair practices. If this blog should suddenly vanish as a result of those who are so afraid of the truth getting out, there will always be another 1 in it's place so the truth will NEVER be stifled for long.
